I. Executive Recruitment Dinner
Ideas to encourage junior residents to get involved in MRS/RFS. If interested, please contact Dr. Josh Rosebrook at jrosebrook@partners.org or check the website. The topic of elections will probably be discussed as well.

II. Spring Forum
Brainstorming of ideas:
- workforce issues
- job fairs
- self-referrals
- call abuse
- possibility of inviting Mr. Brennan to talk about contacts and private practice and/ or Dr. Seltzer for discuss academic careers
Will probably occur in first week of April.

III. Elections
The elections will probably be held immediately prior to the spring forum, and people who are interested in positions should contact one of us before the spring forum.
Interested candidates for positions thus far:

- Sanjay would like to be involved at national level
